Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed to cancel any appointment (for Hair Extensions-please see Hair Extensions policy). Failure to give more than 48 hour notice, a fee of 50% of your chosen service will be charged. This fee needs to be paid before any further bookings will be taken.
NO SHOW / LESS THAN 48 HOUR NOTICE
If you fail to cancel or cancel your appointment with less than 48hours notice of your appointment time, you will be charged for the full missed appointment
This fee will need to be paid before any further bookings are taken. If fee is not paid within 48 hours of failed appointment any future appointments you have already booked in the salon will be cancelled
Hair Extensions
If you have chosen for Flawless to supply and fit Hair Extensions your non-refundable deposit ONLY secures the chosen time and date you've selected. Please be aware before selecting your appointment date and time that if you need to reschedule the policy below applies:
If you need to change your appointment you need to give a minimum of 3 Days notice (72 hours) . However you will be charged an additional re-booking fee of £25, plus the remaining balance must be paid in FULL by the original chosen date to allow the reschedule. The new appointment date and time must be within 2 weeks of the original booking date.
Reschedules are only allowed ONCE.
